Westbrook Claims Management Services Ltd. specialises in the professional management of personal injury claims for all sectors of industry and their insurers. Its Directors have significant experience in handling claims brought against the Chemical, Shipping and Port industries within the United Kingdom.

Westbrook Claims Management Services Ltd. was formed in 2008 by Malcolm Westbrook and Jane Ison who worked together at Norton Rose where the former was Head of the firms Defendant Personal Injury Group.  WCMS has grown rapidly since then and will shortly be acquiring new office premises to support its growing workload.  We undertake pre-litigation work using the latest technology and undertake litigation work via a consultancy service provided to a leading city law firm. 

Our claims management systems provide timely and effective handling of claims for damages with a view to achieving, where necessary, appropriate economic settlements of claims timeously in order to reduce the expenses of claims handling.

Although based in the U.K. we can provide a universal claims handling service where objective advice is required in connection with claims proceeding in other jurisdictions.  We have experience of dealing with claims in Ireland, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kuwait and The Maldives.
